Tamika Ramkissoon is a Product & Innovation Manager with over six years of experience building AI-driven solutions across ed-tech, digital health, and startup ecosystems. She holds a BSc in Computer Science with First Class Honours and is currently pursuing an MSc in Strategic Leadership and Innovation at The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine.
Currently serving as Senior Product Manager & AI Engineer at I’dEffect Academy, she leads product vision and execution, developing AI-powered learning experiences that enhance student decision-making, enable personalized pathways, integrate mental health aware features, and support product growth and fundraising strategies.
Previously, as Vice President of Product & Business Development at Hibiscus Health Inc., she led the development and launch of multiple AI-powered product lines, including wellness and metabolic health platforms, drove go-to-market and customer acquisition initiatives, and supported investor and client engagement that contributed to securing millions in seed funding.
She also advises early-stage startups through InnoVenture Catalyst on AI product development and MVP strategy, and serves as an AI Researcher at TTLAB exploring AI applications in education, health, climate resilience, and agentic systems, while mentoring through AMCHAM T&T Women in Leadership and Women in Data Science (WiDS) Trinidad & Tobago.
